This Space Isn't For Everyone, and that’s okay.

This space is intentionally designed to be different—and while everyone is welcome, it won’t be for everyone, and that is okay.

The Social Good Collective is a space for people who care about what’s going on in the world—but feel overwhelmed, unsure where to start, or tired of the way things are “supposed” to be done.

We’re building something different: a community-powered ecosystem that helps everyday people move from confusion or burnout into clarity, connection, and action.

This isn’t about being perfect, or having all the answers. It’s about being real with each other, naming what’s broken, and figuring out what we can build instead.

We can disagree and still love each other unless your disagreement is rooted in my oppression and denial of my humanity and right to exist.”

― JAMES BALDWIN

‘Caring for oneself is not an act of self-indulgence’, especially when paired with collective care & action.

We built the Social Good Collective with the full self in mind, because the systems we live in teach us to compartmentalize—to separate our care from our convictions, our joy from our power, our identities from our actions. That fragmentation isn’t accidental. It’s how systems maintain control.

That’s why the Social Good Collective don’t just offer action steps. We create the conditions for sustainable engagement—where people feel seen, supported, and part of something bigger than themselves.

This isn’t a self-help space. It’s civic infrastructure, adapting Audre Lorde’s wisdom that caring for oneself—and one’s community—is an act of political resistance. And political resistance, in this context, is an act of love.

Quarterly payment cycles to honour the intent of the space.
We use a quarterly payment model because building community, learning the space, and contributing meaningfully takes time, trust, and commitment.

Seasonal Cohort-Based Entry Cycles
Applications to join are only accepted once per quarter. This pacing is intentional: it helps maintain the integrity, intimacy, and alignment of our community as it grows.

Our programming is rooted in four evolving tracks: Self, Community, Collective, and Solidarity.
We’re launching with powerful foundational offerings and will continue to build from there. As a grassroots initiative, this space is designed to grow in relationship with the people inside it. If something sparks an idea or you see a role you want to play in shaping what comes next, let us know—we’re building this with you, not just for you.
